I'm just going to post news about this challenge on here... for those who may not have heard about it.  If anyone would like to participate just let me know so I can keep track of how many fics are accounted for.

 For those that were around last year, you'll definitely remember the 50 fics challenge (we wrote 50 fics for Gil Grissom's 50th birthday).  Well, we can't have a big celebration for Gil and not do one for Catherine.  But who wants to wait that long?  Not us.  So we're going to celebrate Marg's birthday instead.


The date... Friday, November 16, 2007.  Marg Helgenberger's birthday.  How do we celebrate that day? 49 fics, because we didn't want to wait. The challenge is to post at least 49 Catherine centric fics/drabbles on November 16. These don't have to be birthday fics, although those will definitely be accepted. New fics are nice, although if you want to post a chapter of your WIP on that day, that is definitely acceptable. What we do need though, is for you to tell me (Angie), off list, ahead of time that you are willing to participate and how many fics you want to write. The more the merrier. And you can increase the number of fics as time goes by. But we need this done so we have an idea of how many fics are going to be posted and if we are close to the 49 fic mark.
