Spoilers: None.
Rating: I'd say +13... mostly due to plain stupid dialogue... Couldn't help it! I felt awful today!
A/N: This one is unbetaed, written in a rush and completely nosense but I've been having a bad day and I just needed to get rid of my bad mood. - I have a nicer one but I'd really appreciate some beta reader for it... anyone wants to help me? please?

Catherine slammed Grissom's office door shut behind her in anger an resumed her shouting.

"I just can't believe you said that!"

"Catherine, please, I told you I was sorry... twice!"

Catherine faked a smile and used her more bitter tone to answer.

"You're sorry? Oh, Gee Grissom that's so nice of you..."

Grissom had also lost his patience.

"Know something? I don't even know why should I apologize at all!"

He didn't want to shout too but he couldn't help it. She was driving him crazy.

"You don't know? That's just so... MALE!"

Catherine was pacing the floor up and down in front of him and the fact that he was standing still in the middle of his office made her even more nervous.

"Male?! Oh, C'mon Cath! This is just so stupid!"

Catherine stopped walking and looked straight at him. Her cheeks were flushed but Grissom could swear they became even more reddish.

"Stupid? That's what you think, that I'm stupid?"

"I didn't say that! I said *this* was stupid. We're arguing like kids over a really stupid thing!"

"You told a suspect you wouldn't kill me if I ever cheated on you!!!"

"Ant that bothers you? You'd want me to say I'd kill you if you did that?"

"That's not the point, Grissom!"

"Then what is it? I was just trying to get to a point there. He was saying killing her would have been any man's expected reaction..."

"A point? What point?! You told a perfect stranger, not to mention a very possible murderer, that you were sleeping with me! I was supposed to inspire fear and respect to this guy!"

She was now facing him and approaching and he thought she really looked as if she wanted to slap him.

"I didn't say that!"

"Oh... What do you think he thought when you said 'If *she* ever cheated on me'? Why couldn't you just say 'my girlfriend' or 'my wife' or just 'the one I have fun sleeping with'?"

He finally understood what it was all about.

"I didn't notice that. It just came out"

"It just came out. Don't you ever think about what you're going to say before opening your mouth?!"

"Hey! I told you I was sorry!"

"Yeah but you didn't know why!"

"Well I'm saying it now! I'm sorry for loving you so much I can't control what I say anymore! Is that OK with you?"

"That's perfect!"

"Fine!"

"Great!"

"Then why are you still yelling at me?!"

"I'm just to excited right now to stop! Happy?!"

"A lot! You can leave now, Catherine, the argument is over!"

"How dare you say that? It will be over when I say it is over! You can't decide that!"

Grissom was really pissed off at that point. He had to apologize for something he did unconsciously and he wasn't even allowed to finish his own fights.

"Fine Catherine, then I'll just leave!"

But as he passed by her trying to get to the door, she jumped on him, making them both fell over his desk and giving him one of the most passionate and heated kisses he ever got. He was still mad as hell but her body pressed to him made anger literally melt. His hands were roaming her whole body while hers were griping his shirt. After a few seconds that felt like hours their lips and tongues finally parted. Catherine smiled widely at him when she saw that familiar look of desire in his eyes and that puzzled look on his face.

"Catherine. You're going to drive me crazy... You know how I hate you to do that"

"I know. That is why I love doing it so much"

"What was that anyway?"

"My brain just processed what you said"

"A bit slow, don't you think?"

"At least I don't say things before I can think about..."

He shut her mouth with another wet kiss. And he was really getting into it when he felt her slip off his arms.

"Have to go. Can't do this here"

"Not only slow... your grammar needs a complete revision too..."

"Gil, I'm warning you..."

They both stood up and she tried to arrange her clothing. Her shirt had at least three extra buttons undone than she remembered.

"So, I'll presume I'm forgiven?"

"Not yet. You really need to work on your conversational skills... I think we can work on that tonight"

"Maybe I can get to teach you some grammar too"

"Maybe you'll get to sleep all alone if you try to"

"Maybe that was a bad idea"

Catherine gave him a quick kiss on his lips and headed to the door.

"Fast learner... I like that in a man" and with that, she left.

"Well... what was all that about?"

Nick's voice made her jump a little.

"What?"

"All that yelling between you and Grissom"

"Oh... nothing really. I just need to see Greg right now."

He turned around when he called her.

"Hey Cath! Who won?"

She grinned and winked at him before disappearing through the DNA lab leaving the young CSI shaking his head

"That sure was a stupid question."

Fin.
