At the hospital...

"Hey, sweetie. How are you doing?" Trivette asked a newly awaken woman as the guys entered the room.

"I'm doing better Jimmy. Hey, I've heard a lot about you and the rest of the gang. I'm really sorry I don't remember ya'll. Who...who are they?" She asked.

"Well, they are people here to see you. Well, at least one of them is. These fine men are Nicholas Stokes, Warrick Brown and Greg Sanders, they are with the Las Vegas Crime Lab and they are here to work a case. But Nick is here to see..."

"Nick, what are you doing here?" Walker asked. As Walker said that Trivette's cell phone went off, so he went out of the room to answer it.

"I'm here to see Alex. If you don't mind I would like to talk to her alone before I have to go to the Ranger's Headquarters to work on a case."

"And what case might that be?"

"A prep going around raping and killing little girls."

"Oh well, be my guest. Alex, his is my..."

"My name is Nick. I know you from along time ago. I come to Texas to visit during the summer and Christmastime. I USE to live here."

"Oh well, my name is Alexandra Cahill. It is nice to meet you. Are you a relative of mine or Walker's?"

"Well ma'am, I'm neither. I just came by because you use to know me. I was a very good friend of yours."

"Oh, did I use to work with you?"

"No."

"Hold on...Nick, I know that name."

"You do?" Walker asked.

"Yes, your Walker's brother. We used to call each other every single day. Why did you just say you weren't his brother?"

"Because I like to think that I don't have any siblings."

"Oh, I remember you're not close to your brother. He doesn't like you but you on the other hand...you want to give him another chance."

"Well, sorry to cut this short but I have to get to work. My other co-workers are probably looking for us. Where did Sydney and C.D. go?"

"C.D. went to get Brass, Gage, Dr. Al and Grissom lunch; and Sydney, Catherine, Lindsey and Sara went to Sydney's house so Syd could get a shower and change her clothes. They said in about an hour met them at Ranger's Headquarters." Trivette told the three men from Vegas.

"Oh well, we probably should at least go eat and get ready to go. I have one question though. Where is Lindsey going to be when we go out into the field?"

"Well, C.D. said he would take very good care of her."

"Good, well, it was nice to see you again Alex. I'll see you later."

"Bye and good luck."

"Bye Nick." Walker said after getting hit by Alex.

"Oh and Nick, tell your wife I said hi for me." Alex said before he left the room.

"Okay, Alex. I'll do that for you."

At Syd's house...

"Well, we should be going if we want to eat before we go to work."

"Yes, I'm rather hungry mommy. Can we...I mean, may we please leave now?" Lindsey said politely.

"Yes, we can. I think the baby is rather hungry." Catherine said with one hand over her abdomen.

"I'm rather hungry too." Sara said while they got into the car.

At C.D.'s...

Fifteen minutes later the girls showed up at C.D.'s. "Well, well, well nice to see you two again." Grissom said to his wife and daughter. "Where have ya'll been?"

"At Ms. Sydney's. She went to go take a shower and change her clothes. Did you know that she hasn't been home in two days?"

"Lindsey, I don't think Sydney wants you telling them that." Catherine said in a motherly angry way.

"Sorry."

"Don't apologize to me."

"Sorry, Ms. Sydney. I didn't mean to tell them that."

"It's okay kiddo. I really don't mind."

"Thank you for not getting mad. She really isn't like that." Catherine said.

"It's okay. I was the same way when I was her age."

"So was I. We're hungry. C.D., what do you have on the menu?"

"Well, the only best chili in America."

"Okay, well this baby is agrees so bring it on."

"Okay, 4 bowls of chili coming right up." After they ate they started to talk about Las Vegas, Dallas, Lindsey, Nicole [A/N: Sara's and Nick's baby], babies, and etc.

"Excuse me Grandpa, but do you have a boom box or jukebox?"

"Why yes I do have a jukebox. It is right over there." C.D. said pointing to the jukebox near the door.

"Thank you. Mommy or daddy, do either of you have a quarter?"

"I do. Here you go Linds." Grissom whispered giving her a quarter.

"Thank you daddy."

"Your welcome sweetheart." As he said that, she walked over to the jukebox and put the quarter in and pressed A9.

"What song did you play Shorty?" Warrick asked.

"Your favorite song Uncle Warrick. Will you sing with me Uncle Warrick?" She asked before the song played.
