Summary: CSI has a case that involves deaths of innocent children. The killer is now in Dallas, Texas is making the team go to Dallas. Although Nick is very happy and excited to see his old friends. I'm noting going to tell you how they are but I'll find out soon enough.

Meanwhile in Dallas...

"Syd...where are you?" her partner asked.

"In here with Alex. She's unconscious and she's bleeding really badly. Call Walker," she said in fear knowing that Alex has to live today.

"Come on Alex, stay with us, you have a lot to live for, remember what today is?" she tried to talk to Alex and try to get her to wake up...(From one of the shows involving LaRue.)

~Flashback~

Alex was just shuck up about the news. She couldn't believe that he has been released from prison. He was the one who almost killed Walker and raped Alex. As she could remember they were at a banquet in which Alex was giving an important speech. LaRue came up to them telling them that he has been released and he is coming for more revenge. But Walker couldn't do anything because LaRue had a restraining order on Walker.

"Victor LaRue has been released from jail Walker, I don't feel safe here. He knows where I'm at and the first thing his going to do is come after me here, you know that right...thanks Walker, and if you don't make it I just want to tell you..." before she said another word Walker jumped in.

"Alex, I'm going to get there in time. Don't think like that."

"Walker, I LOVE YOU!!!" she put the phone down before he could tell her that, that wasn't necessary.

Meanwhile back in Vegas...

Catherine was on her bedroom getting pack for their trip. She had to call her sister and ask to drop off Lindsey at the house so Lindsey could also get packed for Dallas. Lindsey was packed and ready to go all they were lacking was Grissom.

"Where's dad?"

"He's at work, working to get all of the team and you tickets to Dallas."

"Oh."

Before Catherine could say anything the phone rang and Lindsey picked up.

"Hello, the Grissom residents my I help you?"

"Hey, Lindsey what are you doing home. I thought you were at your at your aunt's house."

"I was but mom called Aunt Jessica to tell her to take me home so I can get packed to go to Dallas."

"Oh really."

"Yes. Do you want to talk to mommy?"

"Yes please."

"Here you go mom. Its dad."

"How are you feeling?" he tried to ask in a soothing voice.

"Well, I'm feeling a lot better but I still in to tell you something very important?" he knew she was pissed off at him but he didn't know why.

"Well, I'm coming home now so just stay there."

"Fine. Hopefully we can talk about this situation when you get home. Bye!"

"Cather..." But she hung up before he could tell her something else.

Back in Dallas...at St. Matthew's Hospital

Trivette, Gage, and Sydney were waiting for the doctor for news on Alex but they knew it was going to be all right. They also were trying to figure out a way to tell Walker what happened to Alex. But before they could do that Walker came running in.

"Where is she?" Walker said running up to them in the waiting room.

"She is in surgery, we don't know anything yet but who ever did this was really mad. I found that out when I found her." Sydney tried to say to clam him down.

"Relax Walker. She'll be fine and ready for the big day next Saturday." Gage said trying to get Walker to relax.

"Not helping any Gage." Sydney told Gage and tried to hit him to shut up but something stopped her, something caught her eye. Some of the doctors were coming out of some of the rooms and ran to the stretcher that was going to the emergency room. As the stretcher went by she could see a little girl with torn clothes, one shoe gone, and blood coming off her hands. It also looked like she was raped because she had bruising on her hands, face and knuckles.

"Hey, what do you think happened to her?" Sydney asked the other guys.

"I don't know. But I hope she is going to be okay. No innocent girl deserves to be in that position. Do you want to go check that out with me? I mean Walker is lost in his thoughts and Gage is trying to sooth Walker."

"Sure." So Sydney and Trivette went to go see what was happening while Walker was lost in a flashback...(From Cased Close.)

~Flashback~

"Alex, I know you probably heard this a thousand times but I think it's probably best that I told you!" As he told her she was giving him that smile he couldn't bear to see when he was mad or trying to tell her something very important.

"Alex, would you stop smiling and give me a serious face here."

"Okay, what is it?"

"Alex, I've known you for many years now and I know that you have gone out with a lot of men that didn't appreciate you. But I just want to tell you that..."

"What is it Walker?"

"Now I don't know how to say this and I forgot how Uncle Ray told me to say this..."

"Walker, have you been talking to Uncle Ray again."

"Yes, but that is besides the point I'm trying to get it. Alex, I think I have fallen' in love with the most gorgeous, intelligent, and bright woman in my entire life. She has been there for me from thick and thin and I know that she has special feelings for me to but she was just waiting for me to say something."

"Walker, are you asking me..."

"Yes Alex I am. I LOVE YOU!!!"
