Summary: Catherine is being a bitch and it is not helping Grissom at all. Alex has finally awakened and doesn't remember who anyone is. In Dallas... With C.D., Brass, Gage, Dr. Robbins and Grissom on the way to C.D.'s Bar and Grill; Trivette, Nick, Warrick and Greg going to the hospital; Sydney, Catherine, Lindsey and Sara were headed to Sydney's house. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~In car #1... "So, Nick you ready to see Alex and Walker?" Trivette said his friend. "To see Alex, yes but seeing Walker right now isn't on my to do list." Nick answered back. "Nick, man, you're going to have to see him sooner or later." Warrick told his bro. (A/N: *slang* for best friend). "Yeah, but the only thing on my mind right now is Alex and seeing her. Trying to get her to know me again before Walker blocks me out of the picture forever." "Nicky, what happen between you and your brother?" Greg asked out of curiosity. "Well, it all happened after we went into foster care. See I went with a very wealth family and he went with our uncle." "Uncle Ray. He was a great person. Uncle Ray and C.D. are the ones that got Alex and Walker together." "Yes they did. Anyways, when I was about fifteen, Uncle Ray came to get from the wealth family to raise both of his nephews. When Uncle Ray introduced me, Cordell didn't want anything to do with me. He just shoved my hand out of his way and walked away. When I was getting to know his friends, he told me that I've better leave him, his family and his friends alone or else..." "Or else what?" Warrick asked. "I was getting there. Anyways...or else he would beat the crap out of me. So, knowing me I didn't listen to him. So, he kicked my ass. Afterwards, Uncle Ray thought it was best that one of us should leave and since Walker had a life there already, I had to leave. So, I went back to the wealth family until college." Nick said finishing his story. "WOW. I'm going to talk to this brother of yours." Greg said to her husband. "That won't be necessary sweetheart. I don't want you to do that." "Yea, Greg that won't be necessary. You should listen once in a while." C.D. said in a sarcastically. When he finished his statement Nick reached over and hit him on his shoulder. "Ouch." It was a little long but relaxing." "What about you Grissom?" C.D. asked the sweetheart in the back. "Sorry, C.D. but I think you should ask him later. He is sleeping." Dr. Robbins said to C.D. "But it is 12:00 in the afternoon." C.D. said confused. "Well C.D., he hasn't be getting any sleep lately. See with the baby coming soon he has been getting the baby room ready and taking Lindsey to school, plus, working at 9:00 p.m. `til 2:00 a.m." "Oh!" ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~In car #3... "Hey, ya'll don't mind if we go to my house so I could change my clothes, do ya'll?" Sydney asked politely. "No not at all." Lindsey said for all of them. "Thanks! I have been in these clothes for two days straight. Ever since the day I found Alex at Walker's ranch." "What ever happen to her? If you don't mind me asking!" Sara asked. "Well, I can't tell you exactly but...Gage and I were about to go to HQ's when Walker called on the radio asking us if we were close enough to his ranch. When Gage answered yes he asked if we could stop by to check up on Alex and he forgot is wallet on his coffee table. So, we told him we would do that. When we got there the door to the ranch was opened and one of the windows was broken. So, I ran into the house while Gage was checking the surroundings of it. When I saw Alex in the floor of the kitchen I knew right then and there something had happen to her. What was really sad was that she was-I mean is nine weeks pregnant and we are hoping that she doesn't forget that. The doctor told us yesterday that she doesn't remember any of us and he said that they ran some tests to see if she had any other problems with her. When the doctor got the results back he told us that she was nine weeks pregnant and for one of us to tell her." "WOW, what did she or Walker say about this?" Catherine asked remembering how Gil reacted about her being pregnant. "Well, he was grateful but also amazed. Alex, we don't know because we didn't get to say anything to her. Walker is the one that got to tell her because he is her fiancée. If you will please Sara, close Lindsey's ears." "Sure." "Why?" Catherine asked her out of curiosity. "Well, see Walker and Alex...well they don't believe in having sex until they were married and...well they also didn't believe that it was right. So, when they went on this three-day trip, that all changed. She wanted him to herself and all to herself. See after he proposed to her she wanted to be without C.D. and Trivette breathing down their backs everyday asking when will they get married or when they were going on a trip by themselves. When Gage and I joined the Rangers, Walker and Alex took three days off and went camping. When they got back about a month later Alex was throwing up left and right. She thought she was coming down with the flu but I know differently. See I have a ten-year-old son but they don't know that. You can uncover Lindsey's ears now." "Why don't they? What happen to him?" Sara said while uncovering Lindsey's ears. "Well, today would be his tenth birthday but he was in a car accident with his father when he was about three years of age." "WOW, How are you doing?" "I'm doing much better then I was this morning. See, what happen with Alex and what happen to my son is mixing in with my emotions and I don't know how to get rid of them. Well, we're here. Welcome to my house. So they went upstairs to her house and then she said. "Oh and sorry if it's a mess. I haven't been here for three days!" When they walked in all of them sat on the couch while Sydney went up stairs to change. "Ms. Sydney, may I watch your television please?" Lindsey asked politely. "Sure sweetie." So Lindsey turned on the T.V. and switched to MTV.
