Break Room

Friday 5.00 p.m.

The CSI team was having a break after the solution of the last case, a crime of passion.

Catherine was sitting at the table, eating an apple, Sara and Nick were talking and Warrick was watching the tv.

"I don't think I can go to sleep" Nick said.

"Can't you sleep these nights?" Sara said provoking him.

"No, I have other "things" to do!" he said looking cunningly at her.

" Funny, very funny Nicky!"

"Hey lovebirds, are you going to hit each other?" Warrick asked while he was watching the network on tv.

"Hey, Cath what are you going to do this weekend?" Nick asked her.

"I'm going to spend my time with my daughter." she answered.

In that moment Grissom entered in the room.

" Hey Gil, what are you going to do this weekend?" Sara asked.

He sat at the table, in front of Catherine, he opened his book and then answered " I'm going to read a bugs book and work genius"level crossword puzzles."

"What a fun! I really envy you for this!"

" Thanks Nick!" Gil answered smiling.

Catherine and Gil's eyes met for a while and she looked at him in a malicious way then took her eyes away from him.

Warrick watched his clock and said " I have to go, see you tomorrow."

" Me too War, if you wait a second I'll go with you." Sara said.

"Hey guys, do you want to leave me here? I'll come too. What about a dinner?" Nick said.

" Great!What about the two of you?" Sara asked.

Catherine and Gil looked each other in a curious way, then Cath answered " I had something to do then I'll come back home...I'm really tired."

" Grissom?"

" I'd like to come back home too, I have to feed my bugs."

" Ok, have a great night. Bye" Nick answered.

After they came out of the room, it was silence for a while, then Catherine said " Your place or mine?"

" Mine. See you at 8.00"

" Ok, see you later."

She came out and he returned to his reading.

Friday night: 8.00 p.m.

Grissom's place

Catherine arrived in time and rang at the doorbell, Gil opened the door and before she could speak kissed her and took her inside.

"Didn't you want to spend your time with Lindsey?"

"Lindsey is going to her friend's Mara for this weekend." They kissed again.

She stopped the kiss and told him " When do you think we will tell them?"

" Why?"

"Because I don't stand the way Sara looks at you."

"Are you jealous?"

"Why not?"

He smirked and kissed her again.

"You don't have to be jealous. I'm not attracted to Sara, I don't like her, I love you!" he stopped then said " I want you now!"

They kissed again, started a deep kiss. Their tongues moved together in their mouths. Gil moved his hands on her body and down her back.

She got him rid of his shirt, uncovering his chest; he cupped her breasts with both of hands, massaging them softly.

They undressed each other deepening the contact, their bodies adhered perfectly to each other.

She kissed his shoulders, chest and finally his neck, marking it with a hickey

Crime's Lab

Grissom was walking through the office, direct to the DNA's lab when someone called him.

"Grissom"

"Sara! How can I help you?"

" I just want to ask you something"

"Sure. Tell me!"

" I just want to know.... Do you want to go out for a dinner, tonight ?"

" Sara, I told you once...I don't think it would be a good idea."

" Come on Gil, it's only a simple dinner.... Then we will see what happens."

" Sara, don't persist!"

"But Gil...I......AHHH!!!"

"What's happened?" Grissom asked amazed.

" WHAT IS THIS?"

" What?" he asked again.

In that moment, Nick and Warrick came out from the Dna's lab, wanting to know what was happened while Catherine's figure appeared in the corridor and met Sara and Grissom.

" Gil, Sara what are you doing here?" Catherine asked.

" We..just.." Gil tried to say something when Sara started to talk.

" I was trying to invite him out for a dinner.... When I saw this." Sara said pointing to the hickey on his neck.

" So?"

"So? Don't you see this mark?" Sara asked her with a furious expression.

" Yes, I see it. Why are you so shocked? This is a simple mark that says: PRIVATE PROPERTY!" She said amused.

"Really?" Sara said ironically " and who's the owner?"

"Me!"

"You? What kind of game are you playing?"

The two women were face to face, Sara was very angry and was trying to provoke Catherine that was calm and self"confident.

" No game dear, I've told you the truth!"

" You bitch.... How did you subjugate him?"

"I've not subjugated him, I've seduced him.. I have done what you are not able to do.. and now he's mine dear!" she went beyond Sara, put herself near Grissom and pointing out the hickey on his neck said" this mark shows it....so DON'T TOUCH MY MAN BABY!!!!"

Then she kissed him in front of Sara, turned and went away.

Nick and Warrick started to laugh and when Sara looked at them in a bad way, they returned to their work.

Grissom was going to the lab when Sara said " What are you going to tell me about this?"

" I don't have to tell you anything, Sara. I already have a woman I love in my life..... this is the truth and now you know it."

Gil went to the lab's door and Sara was left speechless in the corridor fixing his figure going away, understanding that she had lost.
