| Summary: K, I seriously thought that our fav couple would have best said the original lines. I mean, I love NS dearly, but GC…. it works so well! Enjoy Nick: You still sucking on that same cough drop? Sara: Yeah. I'm a ... a slow sucker. -- Early Rollout | ||
Catherine shifted the cough drop around in her mouth, trying not to give into the urge to crack it with her teeth as she stared at the footprints on the ground. She bent over at the waist before going to her knees, taking a quick snap shot of the treads. There was the sound of leaves rustling behind her and she turned her head to see Grissom, shuffling his feet as he approached her. His hand brushed hers as she passed him the camera, and she smiled brightly up at him. Grissom's eyes fixated on her mouth almost immediately. "You've still got your cold?" he asked curiously, and she shrugged as he bent to help her up. "I caught it from you after all," she said slyly as she stood up beside him, his hand still on her elbow and the flash of heat that accompanied it should clearly in her eyes. Grissom gave her a look of innocence. "Don't put all the blame on me, my dear. Last I remember, it takes two to…" He noticed Brass approaching and promptly shut his mouth but Catherine leaned in closer. "Come on, Gil. You and I know that you don't always need two people," she stated mischievously and he looked at him, blinking as he digested her sentence. Again, his eyes went to her mouth, and Catherine gave him a grin as she used her tongue to move the cough drop in her mouth more. "Are you stilling sucking on the same cough drop that you had earlier?" he asked lowly, hoping that Brass, who had been distracted by one of his rookie officers, would stay away for a bit longer. Catherine gave a small shrug of her shoulders and took a step closer. At a distance, it would seem like two officers having a confidential talk, but if you were to walk any closer, you could have felt the heat radiating off of them. Catherine's hand bumped his and she ran her fingers over his palm. The simple act was one of her most sexual all night. "Yeah. I'm a…" She saw Grissom's eyes narrow and she flicked her tongue, showing the almost done candy. "A slow sucker." That said, she turned and walked back to the treads, hearing him whisper softly before Brass appeared. "You're telling me." | ||
