Gil knocks on Catherine's door in sweats holding a McDonalds bag in one hand. Catherine opens the door in a white, long sleeve shirt and a pair of blue pj pants. She looks up at him," What are you doing here?"

"Well I haven't heard from my girlfriend in 2 days, just got notice of her 3 month medical leave, and I talked to Lindsey earlier who apparently is staying with her grandmother for the 3 months.....and I thought you might be hungry"

"Gil...."

"I just wanna talk," she opens the door wider and he comes in shutting the door behind him," So...."

"Food first answer second," Catherine takes the bag from him and starts eating the contents. Gil kisses her forehead and she looks up at him," What?"

"Nothing I guess I'm just worried about you," she smiles softly and finishes eating. Gil sit's across from her and she looks up at him," Well..."

"I have...............breast cancer," he drops his glass of water and it shatters on the floor. Catherine puts her head in her hands and starts quietly crying.
