'Platinum blonde hair, blue eyes though I'm sure they'll turn green, she's perfect. 6 lbs. 10.2 ozs. 19 in. long. 1 hour old'

'Yeah,' Catherine shuts her cell phone and looks at Gil," Steph just had the baby about an hour ago"

"Girl, blonde hair, still has blue eyes, that's expected, 6 pounds 10.2 ounces, 19 inches long, Acacia Melina Watson"

"Just a bit tired," she smiles and he keeps driving. Pulling into a parking spot not that far from the doors he turns off the truck and unlocks the doors," Ready?"

"Yeah," they get out of the truck and go inside. Riding the elevator up he pulls her to him and kisses her," I've missed doing that"

"Me too"

"We'll have to go back to the drawing board later......maybe get working on a baby of our own.....the divorce is going to be final soon"

"Yeah that sounds nice"

"Good," they walk to room 674 and Catherine knocks," Hello?"

"Come in," her and Gil go in and Stephanie is sitting up in the bed, her blonde hair pulled into a pony tail, bouncing the baby a little balanced on her knee and held behind her neck and bottom," Hey"

"Hey," She smiles at Catherine and Gil," How is she?"

"Just lookin around," Gil sits in a chair next to her bed and Catherine sits on the bed next to her," Oh my god she's gorgeous," Acacia looks up at Catherine and realizing she has a new audience she jutts her lower lip out and starts crying," Have you fed her?"

"She didn't want anything"

"Here," Catherine undoes the hospital gown and pulls one of the shoulders down exposing Stephanies breast. Readjusting the baby in her arms Catherine guides the nipple into Acacias mouth and she starts sucking hungrily," There you go honey"

"How'd you know?"

"Linds was the same way. After she was born she just wanted to look around, but once Gil got back she was hungry. I don't know what it is, but they have a thing for other people being there the first time"

"What are you going to do?"

"I haven't thought that far yet," she looks up at Catherine," I really don't know what I'm going to do. He's not going to let me back in the house. And Kelly's moving in 3 weeks....I don't know what to do Catherine"

"You're going to stay with us and then when Kels house gets on the market your going to buy it and move in. And we'll go from there"

"I don't have the money to put the down payment on that house Catherine. I have about $5000 dollars in the bank, the stuff at Kels and Caci"

"I know someone who can help. You're going to get that house and you're going to find some guy who's not going to be a prick if you cheat and get pregnant. And you're going to raise the baby"

"I'm never cheating again Cath"

"That's good to know," she kisses Stephanies forehead and smiles," What time are they discharging you?"

"My doctor said around 6 tomorrow night"

"Okay....you have most of your stuff packed?"

"Yeah"

"I'm gonna go finish packing that later and it'll be ready at the house. We have 2 extra rooms so the baby can stay with you while we work on a nursery"

"Is a nursery really neccesary?"

"Well we can have it done in about 3 days. So the baby can stay in there and to tell you the truth I think there's going to be another baby on the block in a year or so"

"You think?"

"He's knocked me up once how hard is another time going to be," they both start laughing at Gils indignant hey," Why don't you get some sleep?"

"That sounds good"

"We'll be back in the morning and I'll bring Linds okay?"

"Okay," Catherine helps Gil up and they leave after saying goodbye.

Catherine walks into the blue and yellow nursery and over to the crib. Inside is a baby blue teddy bear, a blue and yellow cashmire blanket, and her sleeping baby boy, with dirty blonde curls, striking blue eyes under his lids, and rosy cheeks, is sucking on a pacifire. Arms wrap around her waist and she smiles," Hey"

"Hey....Cath you've gotta stop checking on him. We need to get some sleep. There's baby monitors in every room of this house and Linds is at school for another 4 hours. The house is quiet, he'll be up in a few hours to be fed, besides you heard what your doctor said if he was going to let you out early that you had to stay in bed and sleep. I don't want something to happen to you that's going to put you back in the hospital"

"I know, but he's so adorable....and I don't know I just don't want to leave him yet"

"Bring him in the bedroom. We have the bassenet in there. But you are going to go to bed you just gave birth yesterday"

"I know......I'll be in in a minute.....promise"

"You better," he kisses her forehead and leaves. Catherine picks up the baby and he rests against her looking up at his mothers face," How's my baby boy," she walks to her and Gils room. He's passed out on the bed. She lays the baby in the bassenet and climbs in herself slowly rocking it back and forth until she knows he's asleep. Gil wraps an arm around her waist and pulls her to his chest," Thank you"

"Go to sleep Mr. Grissom"

"Only if you do Ms. Willows"

"Just hold me for now," tears roll down her face as she looks at their son. He strokes her hair," He's okay Catherine.....he's okay"

"How could I not know that something was happening to my baby in my body?"

"But he's okay.....he's a perfect baby boy with no lasting effects," he kisses her forehead and she smiles," He'll be okay"

"He's all ready okay," tracing his face with her finger he grabs it and holds it by his side," What should we name him?"

"Alexander"

"Alexander what?"

"I don't know what do you think?"

"I don't think I like Alexander"

"What name then?"

"Well......to tell you the truth I really like Nicholas"

"Okay....what about Nicholas William Grissom?"

"I like that. We can call him Nicky"

"Yeah," he kisses her forehead and they fall asleep Nicky still holding Catherines finger.

"Mom Uncle Gil....I'm home," Lindsey walks through the front door and sets her bag on the couch," In the bedroom," she goes upstairs into their bedroom and smiles," I just got home," Catherine's laying on the bed while Gil rubs her back," How was your science test?"

"Great. My teacher gave me a bunch of extra credit after I detailed the steps of labor and birth"

"Really?"

"Yep," she sits on the bed and looks into the bassenet," Has he been sleeping?"

"Almost all day," Catherine smiles at her and kisses her forehead," We picked out his name"

"What is it?"

"Nicholas William Grissom"

"Nicholas?"

"Yeah it was the only thing we could agree on"

"I like it"

"Good we're gonna file the paperwork tomorrow"

"Cool," the phone starts ringing and Catherine picks it up," Hello"

'I hear the new arrivals home'

"Yeah with a name too"

"Nicholas William Grissom"

'Getting into everything'

'I'm pregnant'

'I just took the test Catherine. I am getting married in 4 months Catherine do you know how much this is gonna change things?'

'I'm going to have to get my dress taken out alot.....Catherine do you know what this is going to look like?'

"That you 2 are in love. Steph just be thankful this time okay? I'll see you tomorrow"

"Bye Steph," she hangs up the phone and smiles at Gil," Steph's pregnant"
