She was sitting across the table from him, as he was explaining the intricacies of his latest thesis. She'd lost the thread of his thesis some time ago, instead watching mesmerized as a small dribble of syrup, from his pancake, came to rest on his chin. "Catherine, is something wrong?" "Nothing I can't fix." She stood, moving around the table, to sit on Gil's lap. Her tongue snaked out, and licked the remnants of syrup from his chin. But she didn't stop, slowly exploring each millimetre of freshly exposed flesh. "You were right?" "I was?" "It's fun exploring your chin!" The End
