RATING: PG SUMMARY: Episode addition to Blood Drops NOTES: This is a response to the Stargate challenge issued on CSI100.
I see the tears on her face but she's gone before I can ask her what's wrong. I follow quickly, reaching her as she opens the door to her car. "Cath?" I ask softly, forcing her to look at me. She turns, face damp with tears. I see anger and defeat on her face and know instantly that Eddie's behind this *again*. She hands me a slip of paper, the letterhead telling me all I need to know. Child Services. That bastard. I pull her into my arms and silently vow to do everything in my power to help her. ~*~ Fin
