Notes: Thanks to Stephanie for the Beta! This was written for the PB insert line challenge. The line was, "He's cheaper than an electric blanket for warming the sheets and a tastier pillow dressing than chocolate mints."

Leah shook her head in wonderment as she watched Gil walk away. Turning to Catherine she asked, "Why is it that you keep him around again?"

The couple had just endlessly bickered about what color to paint the kitchen, he had wanted white, while she had wanted a soft shade of green. Catherine grinned as she thought about the reasons.

She pictured curling up next to him on the bitter Vegas nights with nothing but their body heat to keep them warm. She could almost taste his kiss, still minty from last night's toothpaste, soft on her lips as they greeted the new day together.

"Because he's cheaper than an electric blanket for warming the sheets and a tastier pillow dressing than chocolate mints."

As Catherine walked off to find her man she could hear Leah's squeal of laughter echo down the halls.
