| Filling The Void by Vanessa |
|---|
| Rating: G Summary: Catherine's alone at home. Note: Thanks to Jessa for the Beta. :) Please be kind it's my first. |
Catherine sat on her couch flipping the tv channels out of boredom. Lindsey was gone to camp for the summer. She felt as if her house was an empty void now. There was no laughter or joy, just aimless tv blurbs from whooshing shows as they flicked by. Suddenly, a loud ring awoke her from her daze. She clicked off the tv and slowly walked over to the door. She opened it to see a smiling Gil Grissom with a bunch of flowers in his outstretched hand. "I thought you might need these" he said. She smiled and welcomed him in. She knew now that he was here the house would have life and laughter
again. |
