Fun and Games: Episode Ratings: Up In Smoke
| Up In Smoke Rating
The CSIs determine that the body they have found was burned before it was dumped down the chimney, leading them to believe the murder was pre-meditated. During the processing of the home, Catherine and Warrick realize that this is the same address of an unsolved homicide of a young female teenager from a year ago, and re-open the investigation. |

Doc Robbins: "Caroline was stabbed four times, twice to the abdomen, one to the spleen, one to the intercostal artery. No vital organs were penetrated, which means she would have bled to death slowly." Catherine: "Probably stabbed in the living room and then moved to the attic where she continued to bleed until she died." Gil: "Is the chimney guy still in your drawer?" Doc Robbins: "Yeah, right over there." (Gil opens a drawer) Catherine: "What's going on?" Gil: (pulls the tag off of the body in the drawer) "Tad Sidley is alive. We assumed that this guy was Tad, based on a gym membership card we found on his body--we were wrong. This guy is now a John Doe." Catherine: "Does his father know?" Gil: "Not yet." Catherine: "Well, I'm on my way to P.D. to meet up with him and his lawyer--I'll give him the good news." |
