All submissions should be in by August 4 with voting to begin soon after. And if I can figure out how, the banner with the highest vote will be placed on the livejournal page (provided logistics) Also all banners have the possibility of being put into the banner rotation for the website.

After a fairly successful first contest (thanks to everyone that participated), I'm going to try another icon contest. For this contest, the icon must be Christmas/holiday themed. It must have either Gil/Cath, Gil, or Cath in it.
Livejournal icons need to be no more than 100x100 and under 40K. AIM icons need to be no more than 50x50 and under 7k. Any type of icon is fine; animation, blends... It is your responsibility to make sure the icon works properly before submitting.
You can submit two icons in each category (AIM and LiveJournal). Please send submissions too: icons@graveshiftcsi.com And I know it's tempting, but please don't post icons anywhere else until after the contest has ended, this is a blind vote contest. Meaning no names will be on the icons in the voting stage, people will simply vote for their favorite icon. Once the contest has ended and the winners have been announced, then all icons, with names will be posted to the photo album at photos.graveshiftcsi.com
Submissions must be in by November 30 at midnight, Eastern. Voting will start shortly after that and will end on December 10. Winners will be announced on December 11. (This way people can actually use the icons during the season.) :-)

After much deliberation and discussion as to how to actually complete this, graveshiftcsi.com is announcing our first Icon contest. There are two categories in the contest, one is for LiveJournal Icons and the other for AIM icons.
The icon must come from the episode "Cross Jurisdictions". If you need images from this episode you can borrow them from www.graveshiftcsi.com in the episode ratings section under 'Fun and Games' but the contest is not limited to those pictures, you can use caps from other sources if desired.
