Blood
For safe handling of blood assume that all human blood or other body fluids carry disease. To avoid infection from hepatitis B and C, as well as HIV, even from dried blood stains, take these precaustions: Wear disposable gloves, coveralls, and protective footwear, and change them frequently. Inspect them closely before putting them on. DO NOT wear protective clothing that is torn, ripped, or worn. Dipose of them as you would all biohazardous materials. Wash your hands. Wear protective glasses/goggles. Do not eat or drink in the presence of blood or other body fluids. Decontaminate/disinfect your equipment after each use. PUT DEFINITION HERE
